If you are visiting the Joseph Turner online shop for the first time you may like to register with us by clicking the Register button on the top right of the homepage and following the registration steps. If you are a returning customer, and have registered previously, then just click the Log In button and enter your username and password.

Once registered you will not have to enter your details again so that when shopping you can check out without having to re-type your personal details.

• You can use the drop down menus along the top bar to go direct to the department you want where you will be just one click away from the actual product you are searching for.
• If you click on Online Shop at the bottom of the large blue square to the right of the main image on the homepage, you can browse all the departments and sub-departments by clicking on the product image thumbnails.
• If you have a catalogue and know the 4-letter product code of the item you require, just type this into the search box on the right of the top bar and press Enter which will return the product you have asked for.
• Finally, you can search for formal shirts by size, style, colour and pattern by using our Shirt Selector which can be found at the top right of the homepage. You may find this particularly useful when searching for shirts in our clearance department which are in stock in your chosen size and style.

If you are unsure of your sleeve length, take one of your well fitting shirts and lay it out flat with the back facing you, measure from the centre of the collar to the shoulder seam, along the sleeve to the end of the cuff. Or even better, put the shirt on and ask someone to measure you while you are wearing it. You may find this diagram helpful:

Delivery to the USA is charged at $12.95 per order.  All orders are shipped via First Class Airmail and should take approximately 5 to 7 days from the date of despatch to arrive with you.

Returning goods from within the USA is FREE OF CHARGE using our Business Reply Service.  You can download a returns label in either .pdf or .gif format by going to the links below:

Items will be accepted providing they are returned unused, in a re-saleable condition and packaged neatly. Please return any unwanted item(s) within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund. If you do not hear from us to the contrary, refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of the items being returned to us. Exchange items will be despatched immediately, subject to stock. Please note that we cannot exchange or refund shirts or other items which have been washed or worn (unless inherently faulty) except for the purpose of being tried on for size. Detailed return instructions are included with the Advice Note accompanying your goods. For international returns and exchanges, please note that you will have to cover the cost of returning the items to our UK address.
