Returning and exchanging goods could not be easier with Joseph Turner. We fully understand the difficult with distance buying and that at times you may need to exchange an item and on the very rare occasion return an item. So we’ve made it easy for you.
Simply make use of our FREE returns option from within the UK using our FREEPOST address. Items will be accepted providing they are returned unused, in a re-saleable condition and packaged neatly. Please return any unwanted item(s) within 60 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund. If you do not hear from us to the contrary, refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of the items being returned to us. Exchange items will be despatched immediately, subject to stock. Please note that we cannot exchange or refund shirts or other items which have been washed or worn (unless inherently faulty) except for the purpose of being tried on for size. Detailed return instructions are included with the Advice Note accompanying your goods. For international returns and exchanges, please note that you will have to cover the cost of returning the items to our UK address.
We recommend that you get the Certificate of Posting supplied with your order stamped by your local post office (or the international equivalent) as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit which are being returned to us.
Please note that if you are returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply.
