Our delivery charges are as follows:

• Royal Mail UK Standard Delivery - £4.95
  Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
• Royal Mail UK First Class Delivery - £5.95
  Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery.
  
• Royal Mail UK Next Day Delivery - £9.95
  Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) will be despatched on the same day for delivery on the next working day. Any order placed on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday will be despatched on the next working day.
  
  We will aim to despatch any order placed after 2pm on the same day, however this cannot be guaranteed and it may only be despatched the next working day for delivery on the following day.
  
  Please note: This is a signed for delivery service requiring someone to be available to receive the delivery at the delivery address. Should products within your order not be available for same day delivery due to stock availability or alterations, these items will be despatched with this service upon their availabilty.

• Europe (EEC) - £12.95
  Please allow 8-10 working days from the date of despatch for your order to arrive.
  
  We regret that we have had to temporarily suspend our service to Europe. Due to issues regarding customs and clearance, we are unable accept any orders to these countries for the time being. We apologise to all our European customers and hope to be able to resolve the situation soon.
  
  
• Rest of the World - £17.95
  Please allow 12-14 working days from the date of despatch for your order to arrive.

Our clothes are tailored with meticulous attention to detail and quality checked throughout. If you are not entirely happy with any item from Joseph Turner, simply return it using our 60 DAY FREE returns service (7 days for clearance items) for a prompt exchange or refund.

Please note, we cannot exchange or refund shirts that have had any sleeve shortening services or pockets added. Neither can we exchange or refund clothes or footwear that have been washed or worn, except for the purpose of being tried on for size, unless they are inherently faulty. If you are returning goods that you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply.

Please be aware that we cannot refund any postage charges that you pay to have your item delivered.
