Product: I bought a UK size 9 - I normally buy shoes in a UK size 8.5, but Malverns come only in whole sizes. However, the 9 was a comfortable fit for intensive use from new even though my feet are wider, and have a higher arch, than average. So just what I wanted/needed.
Service: This was a repeat purchase of shoes in the same style as before, but in a different colour and the next size up. Delivery was as speedy as promised, and I wore the shoes non-stop from new for 9 hot days for lots of city walking, including over cobbled streets, and had no discomfort. So just what I wanted/needed.
