Unfortunately we have had to pause all orders to the EU
We are very sorry, but unfortunately we have had to once again pause deliveries to all EU countries.
Over the past few months we have been shipping to the EU under a new scheme that was set up to allow us to deal with customs and VAT charges on our customers behalf. However, many of our customers continued to experience problems with customs clearance when their Joseph Turner parcels arrived in the EU. As such, we have had to take the sad decision to pause deliveries to the EU whilst we work on a better solution for our customers.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and we hope to be able to ship to our EU customers again in 2022.
