Sharing your photographs.
By submitting your photographs and comments, you give Joseph Turner permission to receive, store and review them as part of this campaign.

Permission to use your submission.
By ticking the consent box on our submission form, you give Joseph Turner permission to use your photographs and comments on our website, emails and social media. If we would like to use your submission in any other marketing materials, we will contact you separately to ask for your permission.

Editing your submission.
We may crop, resize or make minor adjustments to photographs to suit the format in which they appear. We may also edit comments for length or clarity, but we will not deliberately change their meaning.

Your name and personal details.
If we feature your submission, we may use your first name alongside your photograph or comments. We will not publish your surname, email address or other contact details.

Your photographs.
By submitting a photograph, you confirm that you have taken it yourself or have permission from the person who owns it to share it with us for the purposes described in these terms. If anyone else is identifiable in your photograph, please make sure they are happy for you to share it with us. We will need appropriate permission from identifiable individuals before publishing their image. Please do not submit photographs featuring identifiable children under 18.

No obligation to publish.
We may not be able to feature every photograph or story we receive. Submissions are voluntary, and no payment or other reward will be provided for photographs or stories we choose to use.

Changing your mind.
You can withdraw your permission for us to use your photographs or stories in future marketing at any time by contacting us at [email protected]
