UK Returns (for US returns please see the next section)
UK customers can return goods for free as follows;
1) Fill in the returns form that appears on the back of your invoice which is included in the parcel we sent you.
2) Attach the sticky freepost returns label which can be found on your invoice to your parcel.
3) Take your parcel to the Post Office and ask for a free proof of postage certificate as we won’t be liable for any products lost in the post.
If you can't find your sticky freepost returns label, don't worry, you can easily print a new label yourself by clicking here and following the instructions. If you are unable to print the label then please call our Customer Service Team on 01845 575 100 who will be happy to help.
Should you be wishing to return or exchange an item within the USA please make use of our FREE USA return label provided below:
You can simply return any unwanted items within 60 days of receipt (7 days for clearance department items) for an exchange or full refund. If you do not hear from us to the contrary, refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of the items being returned to us. Exchange items will be despatched immediately, subject to stock. Unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund shirts that have sleeves shortened or pockets added, nor can we exchange or refund clothes or footwear that have been washed or worn except for the purpose of being tried on for size (unless they are inherently faulty) . Detailed return instructions are included on the back of the despatch note accompanying your goods. For international returns and exchanges, please note that you will have to cover the cost of returning the items to our UK address.
We recommend that you get the Certificate of Posting supplied with your order stamped by your local post office (or the international equivalent) as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit which are being returned to us.
Please note that if you are returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply.
