Returns & Exchanges

Our clothes are tailored with meticulous attention to detail and quality checked throughout. If you are not 100% satisfied with any item from Joseph Turner, you have 60 days to return your items (7 days for clearance items) using our FREEPOST service and we will be happy to exchange the item or provide you with a full refund.  Please note, we cannot exchange or refund shirts that have had any sleeve shortening services or pockets added. Neither can we exchange or refund clothes or footwear that have been washed or worn, except for the purpose of being tried on for size, unless they are inherently faulty.  If you are returning goods that you bought using a discount or offer and the return causes you to fall below the offer threshold, then we will adjust the refund accordingly.

Detailed return instructions are included on the back of the despatch note accompanying your goods.  For international returns and exchanges, please note that you will have to cover the cost of returning the items to our UK address.  We recommend that you get the Certificate of Posting supplied with your order stamped by your local post office (or the international equivalent) as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit that are being returned to us.

UK customers can return goods for free as follows;

1) Fill in the returns form that appears on the back of your invoice which is included in the parcel we sent you.

2) Attach the sticky freepost returns label which can be found on your invoice to your parcel.

3) Take your parcel to the Post Office and ask for a free proof of postage certificate as we won’t be liable for any products lost in the post. Alternatively, you can arrange a collection with Royal Mail from your home address. Visit

Please note, we cannot refund any postage charges you may have paid to have your item delivered.
